Payments

Unless arrangements have been made in advance (see our "Contact Us" page), payment in full must be made before orders can be shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. We also accept PayPal and Personal/Business Checks (must clear before order is shipped).

Shipping

Unless arrangements have been made in advance (see our "Contact Us" page), Shipping and Handling (S & H) costs are charged to the customer. We try to keep our S & H charges as low as possible. Occasionally, you might notice a difference in the S & H charged and the amount shown on the actual package. This is due to packaging and handling needed to ensure your order arrives intact.

Returns

Molds

All sales are final, no refunds. Items may be returned for exchange or repair only if they have incurred damage during shipping or for manufacturing defects.

If your merchandise is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at sales@gatehousecandles.com to arrange reimbursement through the shipper.

To return a mold, contact us by email at sales@gatehousecandles.com to see if you qualify to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Once the RMA# is issued follow our return shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without the RMA#. We reserve the right to replace or repair damaged or defective molds. Items must be returned within two weeks of obtaining the RMA# or authorization will be canceled.
